Delivery of Services
- Marketing Services
- Done-for-you (DFY) marketing services, including ad campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and lead generation, will be delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline in your contract.
- Project initiation begins within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation and onboarding completion.
- Reports and performance updates will be shared based on the schedule mentioned in your service agreement.
Support & Communication
- All service-related updates and deliverables will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or project management tools like Trello (if applicable).
- Our team is available for support during business hours: Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST.
